Yoga Class Styles

  • Prenatal Yoga

A nurturing sanctuary open for all stages of pregnancy. This practice will help you to safely explore and connect with your ever-changing body and baby through breath and movement. It combines gentle and active postures, fostering relaxation, strength, endurance, and flexibility, while equipping you with invaluable tools for an empowered birth, and the beautiful journey ahead. Poses could also help to alleviate the aches and pains your body may be experiencing. Immerse yourself in this empowering practice, where you can unwind, cultivate resilience, and nurture a profound bond with yourself and your growing miracle.

  • Vinyasa Flow

Flow through a dynamic and invigorating practice that will leave you feeling strong, energized and focused. Our vinyasa classes emphasize breath and movement synchronicity, blending flowing sequences of postures into a seamless moving meditation. Crafted to inspire exploration and experimentation, this class provides an excellent opportunity for students seeking greater variety and a deeper connection within their Asana practice. Join us in this experience, where you can unlock new dimensions of vitality, freedom, and embodied wisdom.

  • Restorative Yoga

This is a gentle and therapeutic practice that harmonizes supported postures, conscious breath, and relaxation techniques to calm the body and mind. Embracing the soothing pace and the support of props, you will linger in poses for extended periods, facilitating deep relaxation and healing on multiple levels. With each breath, the body unwinds, and the mind finds stillness, creating a nurturing space for profound shifts. Join us in this tranquil journey, where you can surrender, and awaken to the healing potential within.

  • Postnatal Yoga

In this nurturing class, you have the flexibility to practice with your baby or indulge in much-needed self-care time alone. Thoughtfully designed with the postpartum mama in mind, it offers a safe space for gentle movements and personalized modifications to aid the body's healing journey after labor. Join us to connect with fellow mothers, as we stretch, strengthen, and release tension, all while easing postpartum stress. Embrace this opportunity to prioritize your well-being and gracefully recover as you navigate the beautiful adventure of life as a new mama.

  • Hatha or Slow Flow

A slower-paced flow designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. With dedicated attention to postural alignment, breath, and meditation, this practice enhances overall well-being and invites you to embrace your unique embodied expression. Each class weaves in different themes and elements, guiding you towards deeper states of connection, vitality, and present-moment awareness. A practice to balance the body and the mind as well as the active and receptive qualities within. Typically practised more slowly or with more static holds than a Vinyasa flow.

  • Yin Yoga

Immerse yourself in the tranquil pace of yin yoga, a perfect complement to an active practice. Delving into the depths of the body's intricate tissues—tendons, ligaments, joint capsules, deep fascial network, and bones—this practice gently applies a healthy level of stress, promoting their strength and growth to enhance mobility and stability. With poses held for generous durations and a gentle, non-forced approach, yin yoga infuses a meditative quality into the practice. Unwind, strengthen, and embrace the therapeutic power of mindful presence.

What People Are Saying

“I’ve had the pleasure of attending several of Cachelle’s yoga classes. She has a welcoming and calming energy and holds space for your practice to be what you need in the moment. I really enjoy her classes; posture changes always come right at the perfect moment, and I always leave her classes feeling great. I also attended Collective Being’s level 1 Reiki course, taught by Cachelle. She has a great way of explaining abstract concepts and encouraging you to open up to different ways of being and seeing the world. It was a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely work with her again.”

“I first met Cache two years ago at a new yoga studio I joined. She quickly became my favourite yoga instructor and I loved how her flows focused on holistic strength training for my body, mind, and soul. March 2020 and the COVID-19 pandemic posed huge challenges when it came to being able to practice yoga in a studio setting, but Cache created innovative ways for us to continue to advance my practice together. Since April 2020, Cache has been facilitating private 1:1 yoga classes with me twice a week via Zoom and I love how every yoga class is completely personalized to how I'm feeling that day. Not only has she single-handedly eliminated my lower back pain with her amazing understanding of human anatomy, but she's also allowed me to further advance my practice; taking on new goals and celebrating past achievements, all while filling me up with self-love and light that carries me well into our next class. Highly recommend this one-in-a-million woman if you're looking for a new (or first) yoga instructor!”

“I originally connected with Cachelle through her pre and postnatal yoga classes. I was drawn to her welcoming personality and the calm energy she brought to my practice. I have also attended one of Cachelle’s retreats, which was a beautiful experience that left me feeling grounded and energized. It also allowed me the opportunity to reconnect with nature and myself in a meaningful way. Everything Cachelle does she does with love and purpose!”
