Let’s Journey Together

Step into a space of healing and connection. Whether you're joining us online or in person at our private space in Aurora, Ontario, you're embarking on a journey of self-discovery and wellness. A safe place to land and simply be. Embrace the transformative power of yoga, energy work, reiki, and sound healing as you nurture your mind, body, and spirit with us at Collective Being.

Established in 2016, Collective Being emerged as a passion project with a simple goal: to make yoga and various healing modalities accessible and affordable to all. Guided by principles of mindful movements, which emphasize conscious awareness and intentional actions, we strive to create experiences that promote holistic well-being. Our approach to movement is rooted in mindfulness, encouraging individuals to connect deeply with their bodies, breath, and surroundings during practice.

Complemented by compassionate pricing options, we endeavor to ensure that our services are accessible to everyone, regardless of financial constraints. Through collaborations with partners such as The University of Toronto, Cambria Gallery, and Makeshift Collective, we've been able to bring this vision to fruition, extending our reach and impact.

Embedded within our ethos is a commitment to honoring individuals and their sacred journeys. We prioritize building relationships and fostering community, creating a safe space for people to simply be and feel held. Whether in-person or online, our intention is to cultivate a nurturing environment where individuals feel empowered to explore their bodies and express themselves authentically. Our ultimate aim is to provide you with the tools and practices needed to enhance your health and well-being, both on and off the mat.

Cachelle
Legada-Buenafe

Founder of Collective Being

Cachelle is a dedicated energy worker, Reiki Master practitioner, sound pracitioner, and yoga teacher who specializes in prenatal and postnatal yoga. Infusing her energy work and ceremonial offerings with ancient wisdom and traditions from her Filipino heritage and ancestral shamanic practices, she strives to create a safe space for her clients to be seen and held. A perpetual student, Cachelle continually seeks to deepen her understanding of the mind, body, and soul through ongoing study and training.

Her journey began at Ahimsa Yoga under the guidance of teachers J-P Tamblyn-Sabo and Michelle Tamblyn-Sabo, where she met her close friend and yoga partner, Lynn Loutfi. She completed her Reiki Master certification with Tasha Rooke, becoming one of her earliest students. With hundreds of hours of training, Cachelle is certified in prenatal and yin yoga. Planning her next adventure, Cachelle intends to embark on another 500 hours of advanced yoga teacher studying in Rishikesh, India.

A gentle spirit with a passion for connection, Cachelle is committed to creating unique experiences that inspire others to explore their bodies through mindful movements. Her journey from depression and anxiety in adolescence to a life transformed by yoga and energy healing fuels her desire to share these practices with others. Even well after a decade, yoga, meditation, reiki, and other healing modalities remain integral to her daily life. Cachelle's ambition is to foster self-awareness and self-care through yoga and meditation, providing a safe and nurturing space for individuals to thrive.

Cachelle is also a devoted mother of two and a creative entrepreneur, running a design and marketing studio focused on authentic visual communication from a holistic perspective.
