In this dynamic and energetic class, we build strength, flexibility, and self-awareness. The vinyasa practice is based on the principle of aligning breath with movement, flowing through a range of varying yoga exercises and postures. An excellent option for students looking for greater variety, exploration, and experimentation within Asana practice. Open to all experience levels.
Sliding scale options are available as well, with the option to contribute any amount between $6.00 - $12.00 Canadian. If you would prefer to offer a sliding scale amount, please send it via e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name in the comments.
The meeting point will be next to the water where the little beach is, located next to the roundabout and the Canoe Club shack. This is just a walk away from the second parking lot. If raining, we will meet next to the playground under the covered area where some benches are located, and will we practice there (a zoom class may be another option). Please show class purchase or mention name upon arriving.
