Congratulations mama on your new little one! It’s amazing being able to spend time with baby, but we also understand how hard it can be to actually move our bodies when we’re with our babies day in and out. In this postnatal yoga class, you have the option to practice with baby in a safe and nursing-friendly environment or to practice on your own for some much-needed self-care time.
This class is designed with the postpartum mama in mind, offering safe movements and modifications for post labour to help heal the body. Come meet some other mamas, stretch and strengthen your body, alleviate tension, and reduce postpartum stress in a class that is mindfully catered to your beautiful postpartum body. Feel your best and recover as you navigate life as a new mama.
